Mentorship and Coaching
Welcome to WIIP's Mentorship program, "Courage is Calling," designed specifically for women in Interventional Pulmonology who are looking to break barriers and excel in their careers. Our program was born out of the shared experiences of successful female physicians who have navigated the challenges of leadership positions and understand the unique struggles faced by women in the field.
At WIIP, our goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment for female physicians in Interventional Pulmonology to thrive. We believe that by offering individualized coaching, group mentorship, and expert-led lectures, we can help women in the field overcome obstacles, find their voices, and achieve their professional goals.
"Courage is Calling" is not just a mentorship program - it's a community of like-minded women coming together to support and uplift each other. Through a combination of individual sessions and group discussions, you will have the opportunity to gain insights, share experiences, and grow both personally and professionally.
Starting in October with 12 weeks of modules covering a range of topics relevant to women in Interventional Pulmonology. From leadership skills to work-life balance, from career advancement to personal fulfillment, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
Join us on this empowering journey and discover the courage within you to reach new heights in your career. Courage is Calling! Answer the call and allow yourself to be supported on this path to success and fulfillment in Interventional Pulmonology.
